Infrastructure Matters (IM) is a consulting business that provides strategic advice to unlock transport, energy, waste, water and property projects across the UK. Their trusted advisers devise and deliver strategies that guide and support project teams in navigating operational challenges, policy and stakeholder relations. Relationships are at the heart of everything they do. 


IM is a fast-growing company looking to support and enable its people to deliver outstanding client outcomes. Their project teams must often come together quickly and work dynamically to meet client expectations. CAPE works with IM in a number of different ways to achieve their aims. Firstly, CAPE provides a DISC personality preference report and feedback session for new people joining the business. This enables individuals to raise self-awareness to help them understand their processing and communication preferences and how to apply this to building effective relationships with colleagues and clients.

CAPE also provides 1:1 coaching for colleagues at different career stages, providing a safe space for reflective exploration and learning to accelerate personal development goals and business performance. Coaching has enabled colleagues to successfully transition to account leads, grow their impact and confidence as people managers and embrace the challenges of senior leadership.

Finally, CAPE develops and delivers bespoke workshops focused on enabling IM to have impactful conversations with clients and colleagues and provide feedback in a way that is supportive but also challenges and improves performance.
