CAPE is different to other management development programmes. We’ve coached people managers, we’ve interviewed people managers for our research, and we were people managers… we bring all of that to CAPE
So you’re not feeling overly confident now, but it won’t be long before you will be. We expect to need around 10 hours of your time each month at the start of the programme, and that’s all we ask you give us.
Once we’re six months in, the time commitment will reduce to 2/3 hours a month, enabling you to put everything you’ve learnt into action with the support of your CAPE community.
You won’t feel like you’re being lectured during any of those hours though. The programme will have an immersive, experiential feel rather than that standard “taught” approach, which is underpinned by the coaching skills we’ll pass onto you during the process.
Naomi and Lynsey do a brilliant job at sharing some of the practical theories around coaching and people management in an interactive, engaging way with regular discussions to ensure we can apply learnings effectively.’
